Grade II Listed Watermill

The practice had its work cut out when it was tasked with extending and refurbishing this derelict Grade II listed water mill. Sourcing a reclaimed oak cruck frame from France, WBF used it to extend the building and create a living space overlooking the river. The Victorian cast iron undershot wheel was refurbished to operate a generator for the underfloor heating.
